- Delivery Time: The standard delivery time is 24-48 hours from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

- Standard Delivery: The delivery cost is 19.99 RON per order.
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders exceeding 140 RON.
- Delivery Method: All packages are shipped via the GLS Curier express courier service.
Package Verification
It is essential to note this point from the Ortofino Delivery and Returns Policy: Please check the physical integrity and content of the package upon receipt, in the presence of the courier agent. Any complaints regarding packaging damage or missing products must be reported immediately to the courier and obligatorily noted in the handover protocol.
Warranty conditions
All products sold benefit from the legal conformity guarantee. Ortofino states that the products are delivered in proper condition and packaging, and any damage found upon receipt must be immediately reported to the courier and recorded in the handover protocol.

RETURN POLICY
The return details are an integral part of the Ortofino Shipping and Returns Policy and comply with Law no. 51/2003 and Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights.
Right of Withdrawal
- Legal Term: According to legislation (Art. 9, para. 1, GEO 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date you physically took possession of the products.
- Mandatory Conditions for Returned Products: The product must be in its original resalable condition, unused and undamaged. The original packaging must be intact.Legal Limitations: Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as sealed products that have been unsealed by the consumer and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g., unsealed teas, tinctures, essential oils) cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
- Notification: Send a written return notification (email) to contact@ortofino.ro within the 14-day period, specifying the products you wish to return and an IBAN account.
- Shipping: Pack the products securely. Shipping is at your expense. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Confirmation: We will process the return request as soon as we receive and verify the products according to the Ortofino Shipping and Returns Policy.
Refund of the Amount
The amount corresponding to the returned products (excluding the initial shipping cost) will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to return and, obligatorily, after receiving and verifying the products. The Ortofino Shipping and Returns Policy guarantees money back exclusively by bank transfer.

The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives, electronically, the shipping notification for the Order from the Seller. Placing an order does not represent automatic acceptance of it; the Seller reserves the right not to honor an order (for example, in case of insufficient stock, incorrect price, or incomplete delivery data).
1.1. Customer's Obligations
- The Customer declares and guarantees that all data provided for placing the order are real, complete, and updated.
- The Customer undertakes to verify and maintain the security of access data to their account on ortofino.ro.
- The Customer undertakes to pay the value of the ordered Goods and Services, as well as the delivery cost (unless they benefit from the free delivery threshold).
- Using the site for fraudulent purposes or to disrupt its operation incurs the Customer's legal liability.
1.2. Seller's Obligations
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods in proper condition and packaging, using GLS Curier, according to the order specifications.
- The Seller ensures the observance of the Customer's rights regarding the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Ortofino Privacy Policy.
- The Seller undertakes to ensure correct information to the Customer regarding delivery and return terms.
2. Price, Billing, and Payment Methods
Prices for Goods and Services are displayed on the ortofino.ro website in RON and include VAT. The final price is the one established at the time of placing the Order.
- Free Delivery Threshold: Delivery is free for orders exceeding 140 RON.
- Standard Delivery Cost: 19.99 RON.
Payment can be made through the methods displayed on the site (e.g., bank card, cash on delivery). For online payments, the Seller does not retain or store card data. Ortofino S.R.L. will issue the fiscal invoice for the delivered products, the Customer being obliged to provide all necessary information according to legislation.
3. Delivery and Warranties
The Seller uses the courier service GLS Curier for delivery. The standard delivery time is 24-48 hours from the handover of the package.
The Customer has the obligation to check the condition of the package upon receipt, in the presence of the courier agent. Any complaint regarding damage must be recorded in the handover-receipt protocol signed by the courier. All Goods benefit from a legal conformity warranty.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Return
The right of withdrawal is governed by the Ortofino Terms and Conditions and the provisions of OUG 34/2014. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason.
- Return Cost: Direct costs related to returning products are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the delivered product does not match the description or is damaged.
- Exceptions: According to the law (Art. 16, lit. e), sealed products that have been unsealed by the consumer and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g., supplements, tinctures, unsealed cosmetics) cannot be returned.
5. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
The entire content of the ortofino.ro website, including, but not limited to, images, texts, logos, graphic elements, databases, programming codes, and web design, is the exclusive property of Ortofino S.R.L. and is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content element incurs civil and criminal liability according to current Romanian legislation. The Customer's agreement to these Ortofino Terms and Conditions does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
6. Processing of Personal Data
Ortofino S.R.L. acts as a personal data controller. Data processing is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Ortofino Privacy Policy, published separately on the site. By accepting these Ortofino Terms and Conditions, the Customer expresses their explicit consent for the processing of their data for the purpose of executing the contract. The Customer benefits from all rights provided by GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, and delete data, exercisable by email at contact@ortofino.ro.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ortofino S.R.L. cannot be held liable for any damages (direct or indirect) suffered by the Customer or third parties as a result of using purchased products or the Customer's failure to comply with these Ortofino Terms and Conditions. The Seller's liability, in the event that the Order cannot be executed (totally or partially), is strictly limited to the refund of the amount paid by the Customer for the respective Goods. The information displayed about products on ortofino.ro (including descriptions and images) is presented for informational purposes only. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions or errors in the functioning of the site caused by technical reasons or by third parties.
8. Force Majeure and Fortuitous Event
Neither party shall be liable for the non-performance of its contractual obligations if the non-performance is caused by a force majeure event or a fortuitous event (e.g., wars, floods, governmental restrictions, fires). The party invoking the event is obliged to notify the other party within 5 working days from the occurrence of the event. If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the Contract without claims for damages.
9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising between the Customer and Ortofino S.R.L. will be resolved amicably. The Customer can address the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution) of the European Commission. If amicable settlement is not possible within 30 days, the dispute will be referred for resolution to the competent courts at the Seller's headquarters (Bacau).
The Customer declares that they have read, understood, and agree to all of these Ortofino Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these Ortofino Terms and Conditions creates a legally valid agreement.
