Product return form
To request a return for a product ordered from Golden33.ro, log in using the same email address you used to place the order.
It is not necessary to have had an account before placing the order.
If you purchased without an account, you will be able to access the order using the email from the order and the verification code received via email.
How to request a return:
1. Click the "Start return from your account" button.
To start your return request, click on the "Start return from your account" button. You will be redirected to the Golden33 customer account area, where you can access the orders placed on the site.
2. Enter the email address used for the order.
Enter the same email address you used when placing the order. It is not necessary to have had an account before ordering. If you purchased without an account, the order can be accessed using the email from the order.
3. Check your email and enter the authentication code you received.
After entering your email address, you will receive an authentication code via email. Enter the code received to access your account and the orders associated with your email address.
4. Go to the order for which you want to make a return.
After logging in, you will see the orders placed with that email address. Choose the order for which you want to request a return.
5. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
Within the order, select only the product or products you wish to return. If your order contains products from different suppliers, the return can be processed separately for each supplier.
6. Choose the return reason and submit the request.
Choose the return reason from the available options and fill in the requested information, if applicable.
If the return reason is not in the displayed list, select "Other reason" and fill in the return details in the "Note" field.
Examples:
- product damaged upon delivery;
- incorrect product received;
- incomplete product;
- damaged packaging;
- accidentally unsealed product;
- product does not meet expectations;
- other specific situation.
After you have checked the data, send the return request to Golden33.
7. The Golden33 team will check the request and send you the return instructions by email.
After submitting the request, the Golden33 team will review it. You will receive return instructions by email, including the steps for handing over the package. Please do not send the product back before receiving Golden33's confirmation and instructions.
