We are not responsible for delays in order delivery caused by external factors: extreme weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, disasters, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent express courier companies from delivering between 24 - 96 hours, for which reason koanbeauty.ro will not pay compensation for damages caused by the failure to deliver the products on time.

Delivery time

Order processing and delivery may vary between 24 - 96 hours* on business days, depending on order flow and courier companies.

*The deadline is valid for products in stock at the time of order processing and is guaranteed only to the extent of the contractual obligations assumed by the courier company. The deadline runs from the moment of confirmation of shipment of the order. For hard-to-reach locations, located outside the usual delivery area of ​​the couriers, the delivery deadline may be extended in some cases by 24h-48h.

You will receive an automatic email notification upon shipment.

Transportation is done through express courier services and shipping fees and gratuities are only valid within the coverage area of ​​the courier companies.

*For customers who make returns, the shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by them.

Being consumable products, our products do not come with a warranty.

We guarantee that the products sold by koanbeauty.ro are original products.

The guarantee of conformity is the guarantee offered by the seller, according to the legislation in force and refers to a period of time between 6 months and 2 years by which the seller guarantees that the product sold complies with the specifications that he has undertaken to sell. This guarantee is independent of the technical/commercial guarantee. It may be lower, higher or equal and is not subject to technical defects. The time period established for the remedy of the repair is a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product.

Returning products

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, notifying in writing, by e-mail, to the address office@koanbeauty.ro that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. The renouncement of the purchase is applicable only to individual customers (art. 2 paragraph 1).

The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the contract:

1. supply of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (art. 16, letter d)
2. supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer (art. 16, letter e)

Thus, returned cosmetic and hygiene products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging (including the protective film or seal, if any), with all related accessories, without showing any signs of wear, modification or consumption, both in the case of the products and the accessories (boxes, additional packaging), with intact labels and all original documents that accompanied them (e.g. instructions for use).

The return of the products shall be made at the expense of the customer, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at the latest from the date on which the customer communicated to the professional his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 11. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiry of the 14 calendar day period (art.14, paragraph 1).

Upon receipt, the package will be checked to see if it meets the above-mentioned conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Thus, packages containing products in a different condition than the one in which they were delivered, those whose return has not been notified in advance, as well as those containing products damaged during transport as a result of inadequate packaging, will be refused.

According to the law, koanbeauty.ro will refund the value of the returned products (excluding shipping fees) within 14 calendar days of accepting the return, the amount being returned to the same card used for the purchase.

Damage to packages during transport

Prices

Our pricing policy assumes fair and stable prices in the long term. All product prices on this site are expressed in RON, and include taxes. Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated by the system and will be displayed upon order completion. Additional weight fees for packages exceeding 1 kg will be calculated after packaging and weighing the packages and will be communicated to customers in writing or by phone.

Promotions, price discounts

All promotions present on the site are valid within the limits of available stock or within specified time intervals.
